Return Policy

(1). You do not need to return it if the product arrives spoiled or damaged, please send us some photos, we will resend or refund it after checking your photos within a week.

(2). If the item is unused and of good quality within 30 days you receive the parcel, and you are unhappy with the product for any reason, we will gladly refund or exchange other products after receiving the returned parcel. Please email us first before returning the parcel, it is helpful to receive the parcel successfully.

(3). Please noticed that we only accept prepaid packages, and we do not accept any C.O.D.

REFUND POLICY

Refund of customer returned parcel will be made to your payment account within 1 week after we received your returned parcel.

DISCLAIMER:

1. We do not accept to make refund for parcels that is showed to be succesfully delivered with tracking. If you do not receive your parcel, please contact your local courier， postman to get your parcel back。
2. We do not accept to make refund if the parcel failed to be delivered/returned/destroyed because of customer left wrong address, phone number or other mistakes. Mostly the parcel will not return to us once we sent out.
